About

Matt and Amanda both grew up just south of Atlanta, surrounded by people who loved Jesus and were both actively involved in church ministry from a young age. Married in August of 2005 they continued serving in youth and college ministry in whatever church the Lord gave them an opportunity in Newnan, GA.  In 2011 God began to move in their hearts to serve Him alongside the Oglala Lakota people group. By the spring of 2012, they had moved to the Porcupine SD area. Upon moving they began to serve alongside the local church in the area and had begun working diligently to build a free summer children's camp as an extension of the Sharps Corner Baptist Church alongside the Pastor and his wife at the time. Over the years they have seen the hand of the Lord move in supernatural ways to protect, provide and nurture their family. As of now, Matt and Amanda both have vital roles in leadership for the Chanku Waste Ranch, which fills a lot of their time as they work to build meaningful relationships in the community to have a greater opportunity to share the love of Jesus to those the Great Father will allow them to come in contact with. Matt And Amanda have three children; Jacob (15), Leah (12), Noah (8).
